Products & Manufacturing
What products do you offer and which of them do you produce yourself?
We are a manufacturer of all-acrylic illuminated advertising systems and manufacture them in our own manufactory in Dresden – on a production area of over 3,000 m² with around 40 employees.
In addition to our MaxxLuxx® all-acrylic systems, we offer other illuminated advertising products, such as profile letters, cantilevers, hoods and signs. Some of these are created in cooperation with partner companies – but we always take care of quality control and post-processing ourselves.
What certifications and standards do your products meet?
Our products are EMC-tested and certified by an independent testing institute. Our all-acrylic billboards offer IP65 protection – they are hermetically sealed, making them completely dust and splash-proof.
Whether in the city, on the coast or on the high seas – MaxxLuxx® systems can be used anywhere. In addition, we are certified according to DIN EN 1090 and manufacture substructures in-house.
Enquiry & Order
What information should I provide in my request?
Please send us:
- a vector file (e.g. AI, EPS, PDF),
- a reference dimension (total length or letter height),
- the desired type of light (front light, rear light, etc.),
- the area of application (indoor or outdoor).
The more precise the information, the more precise our offer.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You can order from as little as 1 piece .
How does the ordering process work?
1. You send us your request.
2. We create an individual offer.
3. After your confirmation, you will receive a release file for review.
4. After your approval, we will start production.What are the usual delivery times?
Our standard delivery time is approximately 2.5 to 3 weeks.
With our express production, we deliver within 1.5 weeks – for an extra charge.
Prices & Conditions
How is your pricing structure structured?
Since each system is manufactured individually, there is no fixed price list. We calculate each request individually and transparently – depending on the material, size, type of light and number of pieces.
What payment options are available?
We work on an invoice basis.
- New customers: 50% prepayment for first orders
- After that: 30 days payment term
Do you offer discounts or affiliate programs?
Yes. Our refund model credits you with percentage points depending on your turnover in the calendar year, which you can credit to an order in the following year. Feel free to inquire if you would like an individual reimbursement agreement.
In addition, we offer an affiliate program: if you display our logo on your website (and vice versa), your product warranty will be extended for another year.
Delivery & Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver primarily in Europe, but also worldwide on request.
Which shipping service providers do you work with?
We ship with DHL, Dachser, UPS and euro. COURIER.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Since our products are custom-made, we calculate the transport costs individually according to size, weight and destination.
Technology & Service
Where can I find technical data sheets or installation instructions?
Each delivery includes an assembly template and a connection diagram.
If you need further support, we will be happy to help you personally.
How does a complaint or exchange work?
Please send an e-mail with a detailed description of the error to qm@vgs-leuchttechnik.de.
If the complaint is granted, we will cover the return costs and then revise the system.
Do you offer installation, maintenance or advice?
We do not offer installations. Maintenance and technical advice are available on request.

The best way is by e-mail – quickly, directly and reliably.
Is there a fixed contact person for my project?
Yes and no, our order processing consists of three colleagues.

Do you offer training courses or workshops?
Yes, we offer product training – both online and on-site in Dresden.
Can I see reference projects or samples?
Yes, we provide you with free samples.
