This is how our illuminated advertisement is created
The production of our Maxx-Luxx® advertising technology consists of many individual steps, in which our experienced team crafts products of the highest quality with great care. Each illuminated object is created, designed, inspected, and shipped by hand, giving VGS advertising technology its distinctive character. In addition to illuminated advertising, our facility also produces other products such as lighting elements for yachts.

Production workflow
1. CAD Design
To implement the CAD design, the customer file is first converted into a milling file, in which the LED groove, as well as the positions for drilling and threading, are marked accordingly. The scaling of the grooves is particularly important in order to create a uniform illumination pattern later on.
2. Milling
After creating the milling file, the processing of the raw material continues. The milling machine is aligned with the acrylic plate, the machine is set accordingly, and the milling process is initiated. Experienced employees then check the quality of the final result and make any necessary adjustments or improvements if required.
3. LED Assembly & Soldering
In the next step, the LEDs are assembled and soldered. Firstly, the light sources are expertly assembled, inserted, and then interconnected. Finally, the output cable is soldered, and a light test is conducted.
4. Encapsulation
After cutting and soldering the LEDs for use in the lighting elements, they need to be properly glued. The object is aligned accordingly, and the potting compound is filled in. Finally, a 12-hour light test is performed to ensure the functionality of the LEDs.
5. Testing
We want to ensure that our customers receive flawless and long-lasting products. Therefore, all products undergo a light test before shipping. A 24-hour endurance test of the LEDs helps to guarantee the best quality.
6. Foiling & Varnishing
After inserting the LEDs, VGS illuminated advertising receives its individual design. To make the objects glow in color, we use either colored LEDs, different colored acrylic, or transparent film. This allows us to achieve a unique shading effect. Another option is to paint the illuminated signage in our specially designated painting department. For special designs and logos, digital prints can be used to make the LED letters particularly distinctive and individual.
7. Assembly
For the installation of the illuminated advertising, the illuminated image of the system is first checked, and the installation template is laid out. If the LED advertising consists of individual letters, they are wired together on a corresponding substructure. Subsequently, power supplies and additional controllers are set up and installed. If necessary, we also attach a supply cable. Finally, the illuminated advertising undergoes a luminosity test.
8. Packaging & Dispatch
Before the VGS illuminated objects are packaged and shipped to the customer, they must undergo another expert inspection. Initially, potential paint defects are identified and rectified, and accessories like power supplies are checked for completeness. Following this, a final examination takes place, followed by packaging in specially crafted transport boxes and subsequent shipping.
